MY 7th DAY OF WATER FASTING💧💧💧💧

Many of you already know the wonderful benefits of fasting, which is especially recommended to overcome chronic conditions.

This year I introduced a change to my water fast as I didn’t want to skip my everyday morning CELERY JUICE🍃 which I’m almost addicted to 😉
And the outcome: I feel great, not hungry, today I did almost 8km on my threadmill👍 and I’m greatful for everything life gives and plans for me🙏
