JAK WYLECZYĆ PRZEZIĘBIENIE W CIĄGU JEDNEGO DNIA
Chyba jest to temat na czasie☺️ Osobiście od ponad dwóch lat (od kiedy znam zasady;) nie chorowałam dłużej niż 2 dni. Jeśli zadziałamy odrazu jak tylko łapie nas przeziębienie, możemy to wyleczyć bardzo szybko. Ja biorę 2-4 gr czystej Witaminy C (polecam liposomalną, ale może też być zwykły kwas L-askorbinowy, tyle że zawsze z dodatkiem soku cytrusowego). Dobrą formą witaminy C jest też witamina C z dzikiej róży firmy Visanto) co godzinę z wodą (min. pół szklanki), 40-50 kr jodu do szklanki wody rano (płyn lugola), 50-80.000 IU witaminy D3, 2-3 kr wody utlenionej (3%) do każdego ucha kilka razy w ciagu dnia. U mnie zazwyczaj działa to tak, że budząc się kolejnego dnia jestem zdrowa jak RYBA😁. Jeśli choroba nie ustępuje brać nadal witaminę C. Należy pić dużo wody dobrej jakości wody!!!
