YERBA MATE – ŚWIĘTE ZIELE INDIAN
WŁAŚCIWOŚCI ZDROWOTNE 💪🤗🥇|YERBA MATE I CZYSTEK| – jak przyrządzić „po swojemu”😉
Nazwa yerba mate pochodzi od łacińskiego slowa „herba” -ziele i „mati” – tykwa.Napar przyrządzony ze sproszkowanych liści i pędów ostrokrzewia paragwajskiego był (i jest) stosowany od wieków głównie w krajach Ameryki Południowej, gdyż uważano, że spożywanie tego cudownego napoju likwiduje poczucie zmęczenia, łagodzi uczucie głodu i rozjaśnia umysł. Od niedawna zyskuje popularność również w Europie.
W naparze znajduje się duża ilość mikroelementów (wapń, krzem, potas, sód, żelazo, magnez) oraz witamin (A, B1, B2, C, E).Ponadto yerba mate ma następujące właściwości zdrowotne:

Na temat tradycyjnego sposobu przyrządzenia naparu w tykwie (specjalne naczynie do tego przeznaczone) znajdziecie sporo informacji w internecie.
Ja przyrządzam w sposób „uproszczony”, bo szkoda mi czasu na zabawę z czyszczeniem tykwy itp. Do zaparzacza do kawy wsypuje 3-4 łyżki yerba mate i zalewam przegotowaną gorącą wodą – uwaga!!! – ale już nie wrzątkiem (woda powinna mieć temperaturę około 70 C). Zostawiam napar na około 10 minut i gotowe do picia. Te same liście zalewam 3-4 razy w ciągu dnia.
Mój ulubiony sposób (mojego autorstwa 😊):Do zaparzacza wsypuję łyżeczkę czystka (również znanego z przecudnych właściwości zdrowotnych), zalewam małą ilością wrzątku. Po 5 minutach dosypuję 2-3 łyżeczki suszu yerba mate i zalewam przegotowaną wodą o temperaturze około 70 C. Po 10 minutach gotowe do spożycia😁😁😁Czystek również można zalać kilka razy.
