|While banana in a green salad may seem like an unusual combination at first, you may just find you come to love it. Include all the optional ingredients or make it as simple as bananas, lettuce, and Atlantic dulse. Either way, you’ll support your adrenals and provide critical glucose and mineral salts to your body and brain.|
|The fructose in banana is liver’s favorite source of food. It provides quick fuel to the liver and wakes up sleepy cells, increasing their ingenuity and work output. Soothes the linings of the intestinal tract and also soothes the nerves attached to the intestinal tract. |
Over time, leafy greens are wonderful healers of intestinal disorders. They help create a more alkaline stomach composition by raising beneficial hydrochloric acid levels, which in turn kills off the unproductive bacteria that create the bad acids responsible for GERD and other forms of acid reflux.
