- świeża kolendra posiekana
SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA
Posiekaną cebulę podsmaż delikatnie na patelni na oleju kokosowym. Dodaj seler naciowy, paprykę czerwoną, czosnek i smaż około 5 minut. Dodaj przyprawy, cukier kokosowy, sól, liście laurowe i gotuj mieszając. Dodaj pozostałe składniki i zagotuj, po czym gotuj na wolnym ogniu około 25 minut pod przykryciem.
