Skład owoców i warzyw codziennie się różni się, ale wybieram zazwyczaj spośród poniżej wymienionych:
awokado, jarmuż, szpinak, ogórek, jabłko, banan, mango, kiwi, figi, kaki, ananas, maliny, jagody, borówki, truskawki, melon, daktyle.

Cała rodzina chętnie to wypija, włącznie z najmłodszym członkiem, który właśnie skończył 3 latka👍
